Having trouble logging in?

If something isn’t quite working, it’s often something small like:

  • using a different email address when purchasing

  • a saved password filling incorrectly

  • If you’ve recently bookmarked an older link, it’s best to use the link above.

Your courses are always safely stored in your account, so nothing will be lost.

Why am I being asked for a verification code?

This is part of the platform’s built-in security and helps keep your account safe.

You may be asked for a code when logging in, especially if:

  • you’re using a new device

  • your browser history or cookies have been cleared

  • you’re using private browsing / incognito mode

  • or you’re logging in after some time away

In most cases, you’ll only need to do this once on a device.
If you’re being asked more often, just get in touch and I’ll take a look for you.

My verification code hasn’t arrived

Sometimes codes can take a few minutes to arrive.

It’s best to:

  • wait up to 10 minutes

  • avoid requesting multiple codes (this cancels the previous one)

  • check your spam or junk folder
